First off, I do not believe in Death Row. I would rather the person die in jail, before they get sent to death row. But i think that if the jail is going to sendt someone to death row then they should have all the evidence they need to show that they are guilty, and that they really need to go to death row because if they end up being innocent, they don't deserve to be there.
There should definitely be enough evidence to prove a person is guilty enough to get capital punishment, no one innocent should be put to death. but i dont believe they should do away with it all together.
